The control lens combines the strength of UV stabilised polycarbonate with impressive control of light distribution to provide a square pattern of illumination as distinct from the usual circular pattern obtained with this type of luminaire. This offers the advantage of an increase in spacing ratio and an improved uniformity thus reducing lighting points and consequently capital, running and maintenance costs.
