The Recruitment Process

During the interview process, we’ll invite you in at least once to meet some of the team, see our facility and have a tour of our factory. Join Our Team
We are regularly looking for new talent to join our team – whether you are just starting out in your career or have work experience. We carry out varied manufacturing duties on the shop floor such as sheet metal work (cutting, folding, punching and welding), assembly work, warehousing and despatch. We also have support roles in the office.

As well as providing a modern and environmentally friendly workplace, we offer 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, employer pension contributions, on-site parking and covered bicycle parking. Hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with the possibility to work overtime.
