DesignMesh

DesignMesh is a lighting control system which can reduce your energy costs with the use of presence detectors, photocells and timed control. Our luminaires can be supplied with a number of driver options including switched and DALI-2. When connected to DesignMesh, areas can be programmed to provide the right amount of light when occupied, whilst reducing output to save energy when they are empty.

DesignMesh uses proven and reliable wired DALI communication with the added advantage of being able to use wireless connection between devices in areas where installing a DALI network may be difficult.

DesignMesh is a wired and wireless DALI-2 lighting control system with comprehensive system monitoring.

In a wired application, devices are connected using a DALI bus running between the luminaires and control devices.

Where wireless connectivity is incorporated, devices communicate with others in close proximity, effectively forming the DesignMesh network.

The network gateway can be configured to a building network or connected via a 4G router with SIM. The gateway transmits information to and from remote servers, enabling lighting control while providing access to energy data, device fault information and emergency test reports.

The dashboard provides a floor plan view of the building, showing all system components and real-time reporting across devices, with the added benefit of a single home screen summary for all monitored sites.
