    Corporate Social Responsibility

    We have supported The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity since 2019. Our employees wanted to “give back” and choose an organisation which has helped many people locally. Throughout the year we undertake a variety of initiatives to raise funds for this important cause from raffles through to “fun days”.

    “I joined Designplan in 2019 as an Assembly Operative, gaining hands-on product knowledge and a strong work foundation. In 2021, I moved into Purchasing & Planning, applying digital skills to manage stock and orders.

    In 2023, I became a Systems Engineer, splitting my time between IT and Planning, and developing expertise in ERP systems and Power BI. Since 2025, I’ve focused fully on IT—supporting digital transformation through data modelling and process automation.

    Working in IT is a long-held goal, and I’m committed to supporting the business with my skills and experience.”
