We are proud to have supplied lighting for the Mount Henry Bridge upgrade in Perth, Western Australia. Spanning 660 metres, Mount Henry Bridge is the state’s longest road bridge over the Canning River. It carries both the Kwinana Freeway and the Mandurah railway line, linking major road and rail corridors. The bridge plays a vital role in Perth’s transport network and daily traffic movement.
The electrical design was originally undertaken by GHD Consultants, whose expertise provided a strong technical foundation for the lighting upgrade. The project was executed by the consortium of Ventia and Johnson Controls, the principal contractors for Main Roads Western Australia. Their coordinated approach ensured high standards of delivery with minimal disruption to daily traffic flow.
In collaboration with our sister company Eagle Lighting and partner H.I. Lighting, we supplied 57 Tuscan luminaires and 464 sections of our Tuscan trunking. The Tuscan was chosen for its proven durability, vandal resistance, and long-term performance, making it an ideal solution for harsh environmental conditions and high-traffic public infrastructure.
This installation not only demonstrates the versatility of the Tuscan system but also the importance of collaborative partnerships in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and to specification.
