All warranties described in this document are provided completely free of charge. Customers are not required to pay any fees for warranty activation, coverage, or renewal inspections.
10-Year Warranty on Luminaire Body and Diffuser
All luminaires come with a 10-year warranty covering the body and diffuser.
Up to 10-Year Warranty on Gear Trays
Gear trays include a 5-year standard warranty, which can be extended to 10 years when upgraded at the point of purchase.
Lifetime Warranty Renewal Option
Both the luminaire body/diffuser and the gear tray warranties can be renewed in 5 year increments.
To renew, the luminaire must undergo a product review/inspection (details of the review can be defined separately).
After a successful review, the warranty is extended for an additional 5 years.
This renewal process can be repeated indefinitely, as long as the luminaire body remains structurally sound and functional. Once the body fails, warranty eligibility ends.
