We offer a unique warranty which we have designed to dive a circular economy approach we give;

10-Year Warranty on Luminaire Body and Diffuser

All luminaires come with a 10-year warranty covering the body and diffuser.

5-Year Warranty on Gear Trays including batteries, note gear try life is dependent on application and location which can affect the running heat of the product which in turn will affect the life of all LEDs Designplan use only the highest quality components so our gear trays often last 10 years or more.

All of our products are designed to last a minimum of 30 years in the field therefore we will, at the customer’s request, survey your insulation and if suitable offer replacement gear trays, this is not normally necessary until after 10 years.

Once the new gear trays are installed which will have a new 5-year warranty we will then renew the 10-year warranty on the body and diffuser.

This means that over a 30-year period the gear tray may be updated 1once or twice in the same housing and the this will be under warranty the entire time.

We have a wide installed based in the UK and beyond and many installations are over 50 years old and still going strong, this gives us the confidence to give this unique warranty and our customer the confidence to rely upon us for decades not years.
